“Do you offer wedding video?”
When I started out as a wedding photographer, I wasn’t sure about offering wedding video as a service to my clients. I didn’t know much about it, and I had a lot of mixed feelings about video.
Those feelings came from watching VERY bad videographers ruin some of my photos and generally get in the way of the couple enjoying their wedding day by drawing all of the attention to themselves.
Then I thought, why not have wedding videos that compliment the style of photography I offer? So, several years ago I started partnering with some great wedding cinematographers to offer the best documentary wedding video coverage available to my clients.
You see, as hard as I try, there are just some things that a still photo can’t capture. They can’t capture the rhythm of a dance, or the sound of a laugh, or a parent’s speech.
