And it’s not just a matter of working out the details of who needs to be where and when. A good timeline is essential but it does not fulfill everything you need.
Email, texting, and whatever your preferred method of electronic messaging are great for quickly touching base, but sometimes nothing replaces a phone call or a Skype/FaceTime session.
