Photography Gift Ideas

The Gorillapod – $32

This has to be one of the most handy pieces of equipment in my bag. I use it to hold my camera when I go out and don’t want to bring a full size tripod (especially when I am traveling). The adjustable legs can be moved around to stand up or ‘grip’ pretty much anything (a car door, a branch, a fence, a sign post, etc, etc). I’ve also used it to hold off camera flash units when there is not anything that my regular clamps will attach to.
