Wedding Photography Policies and Conditions

Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of grand total is required at the time of booking. (For packages less than $2000, 50% is required.)

The second 1/3 of grand total must be paid two weeks prior to the event. All balance must be paid in full before delivery of any product (Proof, CD, or DVD).

If payment schedule is not followed, delivery of further services may be stopped.

Copyright:

All rights to images created by Fatchett Photography will remain with the client, however, Fatchett Photography reserves the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this party as samples of work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the Internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.

Coverage:

It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of the church, synagogue or other officials to photograph the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent photography from taking place. Coverage plan times must be used consecutively, time starts when photographer arrives and the time finishes when the coverage time runs out. Fatchett Photography's assessment on photographic style and the number of photographs taken, shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects, Fatchett Photography will do the best to honor requests but does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. The client may present Fatchett Photography with a list of suggested photos. Because photography is not a perfect art, the studio does not guarantee that each and every proof provided for selection purposes is photographically perfect. In some proofs imperfections may be evident.

Re-Scheduling:

If you need to re-schedule your event, Fatchett Photography will transfer your deposit to the new event date(s) if it is available.

Cancellation:

Any cancellation on party schedules must be received in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation takes place more than 120 days prior to the event date(s). In this event, one half of the paid deposit will be refunded. The non-refunded portion of the deposit is retained to cover lost administrative costs as well as lost income from committments declined due to reservation of the client's date(s).

Delivery:

CD with digital images will be delivered in approximately 4 weeks from the party date. Albums will be delivered in 2 to 4 months from the date of receiving clients’ picture lists.

Any additional order beyond the contract (such as reprint, album, etc) must be paid for in full when the order is placed.

Standard Price List:

This price list is adjusted periodically. Any future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the actual order is placed. Ordered items can be exchanged for items of equal or higher price according to the current price list.
