First of all, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I was right where you are now not too long ago. I know how confusing and overwhelming the process can be. Because of that, I like to keep things simple, including my pricing.
Pricing and Options
All clients receive:
- Extensive pre-wedding consultation
- High resolution, edited, downloadable digital images with permission to make prints
- Online gallery (available for one year) for sharing, viewing, and downloading photos
- Personalized ‘photo app’ for smartphone and/or tablet
- Complimentary online slideshow of select photos
The “No Limits Collection” – $3450
- 8-16 hours of coverage with award-winning New York City wedding photographer, Casey Fatchett
- Complimentary engagement photo session (2 hours on location in New York City)
- Personalized collection of hand-edited high resolution images (usually between 20 and 30 photos)
“I LOVE NEW YORK” Local Weddings Package – $2950
For weddings taking place Sunday – Friday in Manhattan, and select areas of Queens and Brooklyn.
- 8 hours of coverage with Casey Fatchett
- Complimentary engagement photo session (2 hours on location in New York City)
How do we book you?
We will meet (either in person or via video conference), you will sign a contract and pay a retainer of at least one third of your total fee. The balance of your fee is due 10 business days prior to your event. You can pay with credit card, check, or cash.
How much is travel?
If you are getting married within 75 miles of New York City, there are no travel charges. Outside of that area, it is pretty simple:
Car Travel
50 cents per mile to cover car, gas, tolls, etc. for round trip travel.
Air Travel
$300 for the first 300 miles. After that, 20 cents per mile. Distance is calculated ‘as the crow flies’ in one direction.
Per Diem – Lodging and Food
$200 per night in the United States, $250 per night elsewhere.
Based on all of the above, here are some conservative estimates for popular locations including a two night stay (night before the wedding and the night of the event)
Chicago – $750
Miami – $850
Dallas – $900
Los Angeles – $1125
San Francisco – $1150
Note: These estimates that cover 95% of weddings. Travel rates may change based on the amount of time before the wedding and any specifics related to your destination.
Photo Albums
Your photos deserve to be seen somewhere other than a computer screen. Whether for a wedding, event, or portrait session, I offer a wide variety of hand-made books including modern coffee table style books and traditional matted albums.
Prices vary depending on size, style, cover material and manufacturer. Here are some starting prices to give you an idea what you will be looking at:
Basic – $800
Standard – $1350
Luxury – $2000
