For all locations across the United States, Fatchett Photography is an excellent addition to any corporate function. Whether the event is formal or relaxed, our unique style of coverage provides fantastic photographs for all to remember it by.
At Christmas parties, annual dinners and other party events reportage is a style of coverage often requested by our clients. This produces a wide variety of photographs of all elements of the evening or day, with people typically unaware that photographs are being taken. The alternative is to have a formal area for photography with lighting and backdrop, where individuals or groups can approach to have photographs taken. Both types of coverage can be provided at the event if requested.
Where a formal area is chosen we operate with flat panel screens and state of the art printers for instant viewing and printing. The sizes of prints available are up to 8.5x11, of exceptional quality and only take 60 seconds to produce.
Where awards or presentations form part of the event, setup shots can be included in the coverage to give formal record for the individuals. This can be provided using a formal area for photographs with backdrop and lighting or as they receive the presentation.
For each function a password protected online gallery is created to commemorate the event where all can return to view the pictures and order prints if they wish. For event organisers prints can be chosen from a proofing CD or images supplied as high resolution digital files without restriction for further use.

Product launches are important events to impress all those that attend and to raise awareness for future promotion. Documentary photography of the event not only provides excellent material for media publication but provide a fantastic way for all to remember it by.

Annual meetings, conferences and other business gatherings provide excellent opportunity to capture photographic material for internal and external publications, advertising and web based design.
Our approach is to capture images with style and impact in what is called reportage, photographing subjects un-posed and capturing things as they happen. This gives a unique natural look to the photographs, giving them enormous scope for use in any type of publication. If wished more formal portrait and group shots can be additionally included.
By creating online galleries for each event all in attendance have access to see the photos and order copies if they wish. The event gallery is password protected and goes online within 10 working days.
