My Sidekick

As it is National Dog Day, I decided to take a moment out of my hectic schedule to talk about my dog, Tyler. We popped out of the apartment this morning for a quick self-portrait session…

If our cat, Hockis, is my nemesis, then Tyler is my sidekick. Always there, providing unconditional love and support. He is also a bit of a ham – he loves to model, and thinks that he is part parrot (as you can see from the photos).  If he could speak, and he thinks that he can, I am sure he would say something along the lines of what the late, great James Brown stated, “I don’t know karate, but I know ka-razy!”
